ABOUT ME

I’m a communications professional with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations tell their stories clearly, strategically, and with purpose. My background spans journalism, corporate communications, government and nonprofit leadership, with a focus on brand development, strategic communications, and crisis response.

 

I’ve worked alongside executives, public agencies, and community-focused organizations to build trust, manage complex messaging and connect people to the heart of an organization’s mission through clear, engaging storytelling.

Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in translating complex topics into accessible, compelling content across platforms, from media relations and internal communications to video production, social media and large-scale campaigns. I bring a hands-on, collaborative approach to every project, partnering closely with leaders and teams to strengthen reputation, engage communities and ensure messaging aligns with organizational goals.

 

Whether navigating high-pressure situations or building long-term brand strategy, my work balances thoughtful planning with creative execution.

Outside of work, I’m grounded by family and life at home. I’m married to my wife, of 8 years and together we’re raising five kids, including twins. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me on our homestead tending to roughly 70 chickens, tackling the next project, or cooking something ambitious in the kitchen. That mix of creativity, organization, and patience carries through everything I do, both personally and professionally.
